Fund your builder account
Hold 100 vUSDC in Spot and Perps. Your account ID is your builder ID.

Get the user's account
Use data.primaryAccountID from Query Subaccounts.

Ask for approval once
The user signs ApproveBuilderFeeAction with their master wallet.

Verify both engines
Check data.spot and data.perps via GET /user/{address}/builders.

Tag every order
Add builder { id, fee } to each signed order.
